Harinas Polo’s Sunflower Pieces is a high-quality, pure industrial ingredient derived from chopped, dehulled sunflower seeds (*Helianthus annuus*) of the bakery grade. The raw material originates in Bulgaria.
Physically, it presents a greyish-white color and an aroma and flavor typical of the grain, free from off-notes. As a direct agricultural derivative, slight natural organoleptic variations are accepted depending on the harvest's weather conditions. Its technical purity is outstanding (>99.999%, with a negligible margin of <0.001% for native plant-based impurities). It also features advanced physical purity control using X-ray and InGaAs inspection technologies (X-Ray / InGaAs checked).
